Halftime Performance
We will be doing a combined performance with the Goin' Band for Halftime. We will perform March Grandioso and Cotton Fields.

Silent Auction
The silent auction will launch online on Sunday, September 8th, 2024. Click HERE to access. The silent auction will be open until 5 PM and items should be picked up before 6 PM on Saturday, September 14th, 2024 at the Merket Alumni Center.
Weekend Schedule
Schedule Update: Check-In and Late Registration will be in the Allen Theatre in the Student Union Building.

Music
We will have music in flip folders to check out at 7:00 AM on Saturday, September 14th. There will be no music rehearsal, so if you need to look at music ahead of time, please review the online music library located HERE (must be a GBA member to access).
Parking
Free parking is available at the Merket Alumni Center. You can also find parking available at St. John's United Methodist Church on University Avenue. Click HERE to access a parking pass to put on your dashboard. Parking passes will also be available during check-in on Saturday morning of September 14th.
Shuttle Service
There will be buses available to transport GBA members to Jones AT&T Stadium if you choose not to march over to the stadium.
Meet in front of Knapp Hall at 9:15 AM, Shuttle Leaves at 9:30 (Subject to change).
There will be a shuttle available during the 4th quarter of the game to send people back to Knapp Hall (Subject to change).
Instrument, ZIT, Guard Rentals
The following is your acceptance of this agreement upon pickup of your rented instrument: As a Renter of any Goin’ Band Association or Texas Tech Goin’ Band owned instrument or Silk, I accept responsibility and liability for the loss or damage of the rented instrument and/or flag beyond ordinary wear and tear. In the event of loss, theft, or damage beyond repair of the instrument and/or flag while in my possession, I agree to reimburse GBA/Goin’ Band for any repairs or replacement to the instrument and/or flag assigned to me as a Renter. I agree to return the GBA/Goin’ Band instrument and/or flag as required by the due date given at time of check-out by GBA representative. Mouthpieces and drumline stick will NOT be provided.

All instruments will be picked up at the Texas Tech School of Music.
Guest Seating and Tickets
GBA and their guests are sitting in Section 14. Guest football tickets can be found HERE.
Wrist Bands
All ABD participants will receive a Wrist Band. Red wrist bands that will indicate "PERFORMER" will be allowed on the field at half time and those wearing yellow "FAMILY/NON PERFORMER" will not be allowed on the field.
Alumni Band Day Uniform
The official Alumni Band Day Uniform is a Red "Goin Band Association" Shirt with Black Shorts/Black Pants. Please see below for acceptable clothes:
Food and Drinks
Snack packs and water will be provided for anyone marching halftime. Feel free to head to concessions at any point during the game if you have the time.

Alcohol Policy
Be mindful of the fact that you’ll be wearing the GBA ABD uniform and if you drink, be responsible and respectful. It is appreciated if consumption could wait until after the GBA halftime performance.
